They told me the only way to get a credit is to send the items back to them. How can I do that when they won't even deliver them? All they do is take your order and your money. Forget about getting any real help. Supervisors are just as useless. Nothing has improved as of December. Don't order from here. You'll regret it.
A month ago I ordered a shower cleaning device plus some rags. The rags came, but they're made of microfiber and the catalog didn't say that. I don't like that material. The cleaning device needs charging and stops working every five minutes. I keep getting notices that my payment is past due even though I always pay early. I asked for a return label and was shocked to hear they don't provide those anymore. If I pay to ship it back myself, they might consider refunding me. The company needs to step up. I'll never buy from them again because once you order something, even if it's broken, you're basically stuck with it.
The return process here is absolutely terrible. I spent over thirty minutes on hold waiting for a return label. The guy helping me acted like he'd never processed a return in his life. He never even sent me the label, so now I'm stuck with the item. Skip this company entirely.
Out of nowhere, a catalog showed up at my house even though I never requested one. The only purchase I ever made from this company was around 2018 or 2019, and I haven't bought anything since. When I called to complain, they told me more catalogs would arrive because they're already printed. It's totally wrong for companies to send unsolicited catalogs to people who didn't ask for them. We're facing serious environmental problems and sending out unwanted printed catalogs is irresponsible and wrong. It's essentially harassment. These practices shouldn't be legal. I would sue them if I could. Please don't support companies that operate this way.
I ordered six pairs of shoes and they sent the wrong size on every single pair. I reordered twice and got the wrong size again both times. When I sent everything back, they only credited me five dollars. I've been a loyal customer for years and they treat me like this. That's lousy business.

You used to be able to check your balance and payment due dates online, but now you're stuck calling customer service. Absolutely terrible customer service with some really questionable business practices. My mom was placing an order over the phone and kept getting different prices quoted. The representative would tell her something was full price when it showed a sale price online. The totals kept changing and my mom had to correct the representative multiple times. After getting a confirmation number, my mom said the total was too high and the rep promised to fix it. Then the call just dropped. When mom called back, they said nothing could be done because she had a confirmation number and the order was supposedly already being packed. She was told to call customer service, which wasn't even open. This isn't the first bad experience we've had with them, but it will definitely be our last. None of us will ever order from there again.
Three of my four items arrived damaged. Maybe it's the delivery company's fault, but the hassle of returning items makes it not worth dealing with them anymore. Now they want me to get a paper copy from my bank and mail it to them. That'll cost me money just to get it, plus why would I mail them something else when they lost what I already sent? They found my check quick enough to cash it. At this point I just want a refund, but they're claiming they can't do that either. This is the worst customer service I've experienced. I'm never ordering from them again.
