This place is a complete scam and needs investigation by the Better Business Bureau. I'm seventy years old and placed my first order on January fifth. They took my payment the next day and reversed it without telling me. A week later I called to check on my order and was informed it was on hold because my shipping address didn't match my billing address. But they'd already charged me! Another week passed and I called back only to be told my order was cancelled. Yet they still have my money. Now I have to work with my bank to dispute this charge. I don't need this kind of stress. This company should be shut down and held responsible for stealing from people. Their products aren't even worth the hassle.
This company is awful and won't stop sending catalogs. Their customer service is basically nonexistent. I paid my bills on time and ordered here and there, and then suddenly they froze my order and ran a credit inquiry. Why would they do that when I was current on payments and nowhere near my limit? They're shady operators. Watch out.
Their customer service is really bad. I bought some heels for a wedding and a few days later got an email saying they were holding my order because my name and address didn't match my billing information. I replied right away but only got a generic response saying they'd get back to me soon. After waiting several more days, I finally called and learned my credit card charge had been refused. Why wasn't that in the first email? I had to cancel because the shoes wouldn't arrive in time anyway. What a frustrating waste of time.

Not long ago I ordered a couple items and noticed someone from the company tried charging about thirty dollars to my account that I didn't authorize. All it showed was the company name and the charge amount. My bank flagged it as fraud and the charge didn't go through. I called and they wouldn't explain it. I knew exactly what my authorized purchases were supposed to cost. Then the first product arrived wrong. I sent it back and got the right item but in the wrong size. That was the last straw. I canceled this company along with the sister company they share. I didn't want to deal with any of it anymore. The unapproved charges, the wrong items, the wrong sizes. I've ordered from lots of places and never had these problems before. Mistakes happen sometimes, but any normal company would make sure to send the right products in the right sizes.
The shoes I ordered in wide weren't actually wide even though they were labeled that way. They looked nice but didn't fit right. The free umbrella that came with my order was broken and wouldn't open. Their merchandise is just poor quality. Don't bother ordering from them.
Warning: bait and switch happening here. I was shopping online and found a top set I liked. I wear a three-X and the price showed nine ninety-nine. Perfect, I already had five items in my cart and wanted to add three more at that price. I picked my color and size and suddenly the price jumped to twenty-four ninety-nine. Turns out that nine ninety-nine was only for regular sizes, not the plus-size version. I almost got overcharged two and a half times. So I called their number. The first representative just gave me the runaround, and when I asked for a supervisor, I got put on hold for ten minutes and nobody ever came back. I called again and got a woman who gave me the same circular answers and claimed there were no supervisors available. That's nonsense. I cancelled my entire order. Thank goodness I caught this before buying anything. I don't deal with companies that use these kinds of tricks. They operate without integrity.
Watch out for their recent catalog. The middle section has pages of inappropriate adult content and there's nothing on the cover to warn you about it. I'd recommend cutting those pages out before throwing it away. One star just so I could leave this comment, but they deserve much worse.
I'm never buying from them again. They signed me up for a club I didn't request. They claimed they shipped a nightgown but it never showed up at my house. I spent two and a half months chasing them down while they kept charging my bank account even though I got nothing. Eventually one robe arrived that I'd ordered. I called asking about the other nightgown and they said it was on the way. I tracked it with the shipping company and found out it was supposed to arrive in January but was lost. Their customer service people are awful. I'm thinking about joining a class action lawsuit against them because their business practices are fraudulent.
