If you try to cancel a backorder, they'll pester you and insist they never charged you even though they did. Plus they automatically add you to a membership program and charge you fifteen dollars without your permission. They have a whole separate phone line just for this scheme. Warning emails get hidden in your spam folder too. These folks are seriously shady. Don't waste your time or money. This is straight up theft.
Don't expect your money back when you return something to this company. I sent back one item out of four I'd ordered using the return label they gave me. Two months and four phone calls later, they tell me the delay is my fault. That makes no sense. This was my only order from them and my last. I should have listened to the bad reviews and gone somewhere else. Their ratings speak for themselves.
