Don't bother with this place. Absolutely terrible. Everything that could go wrong did. Promised one thing, delivered another. Nearly impossible to reach anyone. Got sent the wrong phone number, wrong website, got no real help. The ring itself is garbage - so thin it looks like a tiny piece of wire. Just awful all around. Now I can't even get a return label to send it back because the button won't work. And I'm not getting any response emails asking for assistance.
Really disappointed with my purchase. Got a pair of pearl earrings that looked okay at first, but the quality was definitely lacking. The pearls were hardly secured and the whole thing fell apart after about a month. Plus the back clasp was so loose I lost it. When I reached out to customer service as an international buyer, they basically said tough luck - no refund, no repair, nothing. The website doesn't even have a review section so other people won't know how cheap these actually are.
