This is absolutely a scam. The hotel handling parking through this site deliberately took their phone off the hook so nobody could call and request the shuttle back to their parking lot. Total setup. The hotel refused to refund our shuttle costs saying it was billed through this company. Fair warning to everyone.

The rate was cheap but that's where the positives end. I waited over an hour for the shuttle back and eventually just called a Lyft instead. You're way better off calling the parking facility directly and booking with them. Plus their advertised rates are misleading too. You don't see all the extra charges until checkout time. Website makes it sound like shuttles are always available and convenient. That's not the reality at the San Francisco airport. They only run every forty-five minutes and make three to five stops before actually getting to the terminal, which the driver said would take at least thirty minutes. I almost didn't make my flights.
