For that price, I deserved at least tracked next-day delivery and proper packaging, especially since these are fragile cultures. The actual product might be okay, but their shipping and packaging approach seems lazy and not worth what they charge. I'd tell them to seriously look at how they handle orders and what they're charging for shipping, because this whole experience has made me question whether I'll buy from them again.
