Just got a pair of Nima pumps from their site instead of from a department store where I'd purchased the same style previously. Unfortunately, one of the shoes has visible damage on the back with a big crack in the coating that shows the white base underneath. If they had any kind of quality control, this wouldn't have made it into the box. Now I have to deal with returns and I'm stuck paying for shipping since it's not refundable. I've been trying to reach their support team and getting nowhere, and their website contact form doesn't even work properly. I'd skip this company entirely.

Really pleased with the floral sandals I ordered online. What's cool is the floral pattern is slightly different on each shoe rather than being exact matches, and I actually loved that quirk! I wanted to give a shout out to how impressed I was with their support team. When I sent back shoes that didn't fit right on Monday, I paid to ship them through UPS. By Tuesday, they'd gotten them and sent me an email confirming it. Wednesday morning the refund hit my account. That kind of speed is unheard of! Definitely ordering from them again if any issues come up.
