I submitted an order and my account was charged right away through PayPal. They never sent me any tracking details. When I asked the company about my order status, they told me it had been "cancelled." Even though they cancelled it, they wouldn't give me my money back. Their solution was 125% store credit, which doesn't make sense when you haven't received what you paid for and don't have confidence in the business anymore. I pushed for an actual refund and they said they couldn't process it and that I needed to go through PayPal instead. Now I'm out money for something I never received and I had to file a dispute to try to get it back. This company's practices seem really questionable. I'd strongly suggest staying away.
I'd rate this a zero if I could. I shop online constantly and I've never found a business that doesn't provide an estimated delivery window. Never. I emailed them right after placing my order explaining when I needed the items to arrive. Their responses were completely useless. I kept reaching out hoping to eventually get a straight answer, but I should have just cancelled right away. I'm done with this company for good.
Overpriced junk. I wanted to get a water fountain gargoyle as a present for someone whose taste I admired - they had a similar one from a decent company. What showed up from this seller for $165 turned out to be a cheap knockoff. The base looks almost the same as the original, but the gargoyle on top is made of cheap plastic and looks like it's falling apart. Completely dishonest, don't care about customers.
It's been over two weeks since I sent my return back and still haven't gotten my refund. It should take five or six days max once they receive it. This is way too long to wait.
Steer clear of this place. Their prices are outrageous and they won't cover shipping costs. I bought two items around $30 each - a tree topper and some lights - and they wanted over $35 just to ship it. The delivery took a week and when it arrived, the topper was broken. Asking for a refund? They want me to pay shipping again to send it back. The customer service is absolutely terrible. Go with Amazon, Walmart, Etsy or literally anywhere else. You'll have a way better experience.
I've been buying the same Christmas snowglobe for years to hand out as gifts. Thought I'd try this company because they had a sale on it. The music box on mine stopped working though. When I contacted customer service, they said I'd have to pay for return shipping myself. That's lousy service and because of it I won't be buying from them again.
Awful company. Every item has a shipping charge and if something needs to be returned, you pay to ship it back plus you don't get your original shipping fees back either. It's basically a scam. Stay far away from this trashy outfit.
Big waste of money. I ordered 8 packages of net lighting because they were on sale, and that's why I bought from this company. Half of them came in colors different than what I ordered. I put them up anyway about a week ago, and shockingly nearly all of them have quit working. Just one package still functions. I'm not going to deal with the hassle of trying to return them, so I'm just accepting the loss and knowing better next time. Seriously, don't order from here.

Item doesn't match the label. I bought a prelit tree with clear bulbs after the holidays ended last year. It came in a pretty beat up box, though the tree itself seemed okay at first glance. Now that I'm getting ready for this year, I realized it actually has multicolored bulbs on it. The box clearly said it should have clear bulbs. I'm really annoyed about this and can't send it back. Make sure you check everything right when it shows up so you don't have this problem.
