I bought something directly through their site for around $112 because their pricing is way too high across the board. After waiting three full weeks, I still hadn't gotten any shipping info at all. So I reached out to their customer service email on the website, but got nothing back except automated responses from their AI system. A day went by without hearing anything, so I emailed their other contact address asking about getting my money back. I also tried calling their phone number and just got a voicemail. Since I originally paid through PayPal, I filed a dispute with them to get my refund. Then literally an hour later, I suddenly get an email from the company saying my tracking info is now available and my order has been dispatched. The timing is way too convenient and honestly feels wrong. I'd leave zero stars if that was an option.
