Customer service here is pretty lacking. It takes forever for them to respond and when you do hear back, nothing gets done about your concerns. The bags themselves are just average, nothing special. Their shipping partner is equally problematic and you won't get any updates on where your order is stuck. Basically you pay and hope it shows up eventually since nobody will explain what's going on.
