The cottage we stayed in was the nicest we've ever rented, spotless and really well outfitted, plus they threw in an amazing welcome package. I want to give a big thanks to the team at Cornwall Hideaways. When my husband came down with an illness right before our planned trip on a Thursday, we had to cancel for Friday. I called right away and they told us to send documentation. I submitted it the next day and received an email confirming my full refund would arrive in 5 to 7 business days along with well wishes for recovery. Their service was really outstanding and I'd absolutely book with them again.
Joanne was incredibly helpful when we had to cancel our vacation twice due to lockdown. The company kept us updated the whole time. We weren't able to find another available time that worked and they processed a complete refund with no issues.
