They kept telling me through emails that everything would definitely arrive by Christmas Eve. Well, Christmas rolled around and the stuff never even shipped. My family ended up with empty hands under the tree, and it was really upsetting. A little honesty upfront about whether they could actually deliver would've given me time to find other gifts somewhere else.
I agree with the other negative review here. I ordered on December 11th and was told it would get here by December 18th. Now it's December 26th and I haven't heard anything from the company or the shipping carrier. The package has been stuck in 'out for delivery' status for over three days with zero communication.
Got a card holder back in November. The shipping date kept getting delayed, which whatever, but we're talking late December and still nothing showed up. The shipping company wouldn't help at all. You'd think if I were running this business, I'd at least offer a refund or send out another one to make it right. Nope, nothing. I ended up disputing it with my credit card company. Fair warning to anyone thinking about ordering from them.
These guys really know how to take care of their customers. Craighill makes some awesome everyday products, including decorative pieces and metal brain teasers that I'm obsessed with. I grabbed one of their bundle deals that came with several puzzles, but one of them felt really stiff when I tried to put it together and take it apart. I shot them an email about it, and they immediately said they'd send me a replacement at no cost. The new one arrived in great shape. All their metal puzzles are seriously top notch and super fun to mess around with. It's reassuring knowing that if something goes wrong, you've got a team behind you that actually cares about making things right.
