No confirmation email when I signed up, no heads up when a new order was being sent. My credit card company was the only one who told me a charge was coming. I couldn't even find an account set up on their website in my name. Called customer service and they said I had to create an account just to be able to cancel. I made an account but nowhere could I find how to stop the subscription. They said the shipment was already going out and I'd have to pay to return it myself. After going back and forth about the return costs I threatened to report them to the state's Better Business Bureau and leave bad reviews. Only then did they say they'd give me my money back right away and I could keep the stuff if I let them pause things. They claimed I could cancel from my account but that wasn't really an option like they said.
I don't sign up for subscriptions ever. So imagine my shock getting three items and getting billed over $300. I never even ordered anything from this company. This company operates unethically and their only customer service line is overseas in the Philippines. There's no email support so when you try to cancel it's he said she said and they'll claim you never cancelled while they keep charging you. Someone should pursue a lawsuit over this.

The free trial hooks you into automatically ordering full bottles on a payment plan of $92 monthly for three months totaling $276. They say it's buried in the small print but come on. Skip this unless you enjoy getting tricked. Plus the product doesn't even work.
