The return and refund process through Crocs.ca is incredibly slow. I sent my items back on June 28th but still hadn't seen my money by July 20th. I had to reach out through their chat to find out what was going on, and they told me it would take another five to ten business days. Come on, refunds shouldn't take nearly a month to process.

They blamed warehouse and shipping issues, saying I should have ordered two months ahead for Christmas delivery. That doesn't make sense - I've ordered tons of stuff from other American and Canadian companies right up until December 12th and gotten them all just fine. Crocs is the only place screwing customers while blaming shipping. Everyone else manages to deliver just fine.
