The Rewards Program is a total ripoff. Monthly membership costs $19.95, and claim processing takes two to four weeks after submission. If your claim is wrong, you have to wait another two to four weeks just to find out, meanwhile another $19.95 gets charged. It's classic bait and switch. The claims process is poorly explained - buried multiple pages deep. Make one small mistake and you're back to square one, submitting again and waiting a full month to hear back. Phone reps can't even tell you if you messed up; they just say wait for the result. I honestly think they drag out processing so people keep paying monthly fees. I bought at the physical store. UPS ground shipping to the coast for a 5.5 pound standard package was $20.99, which is ridiculous. Unless you're shopping monthly, this rewards membership makes zero sense. Different reps give completely different information too - one said 10 days, another said 2-4 weeks up to 90 days. I'm not impressed with how they operate.
The product arrived too large. I sent it back for an exchange. They just issued a credit instead, never swapped it for anything, and kept me completely in the dark about what was happening. They charged $7.99 for shipping but $13 for returns, then told me if I wanted something else I'd have to order again and pay shipping a second time. Definitely won't shop there again.

Total waste of serious money. I spent over 200 pounds on a high-end 800 fill power soft pillow six months ago. With my work travel, I only started really using it three months back. Initially felt great, but over the last few weeks it's deflated completely and offers zero support now. I could fold the thing in half it's so flat. For that price, this is completely unacceptable. At this point sleeping on the mattress directly would be better. I'm hunting for a replacement pillow, but Cuddledown is permanently off my list. It makes sense now why you never see their pillows in independent reviews of quality soft pillows. Seriously, if you don't want to throw away tons of cash, skip this place. Trust the independent reviewers and go somewhere else.
The sheets started falling apart at the seams after a single wash. Another thing - you can't create an account on their site, and apparently they haven't allowed this for years, which is bizarre. At checkout it mentioned setting up an account but that feature never worked. There's no login option anywhere on the website. Once you buy something, you have no way to track your orders or see your purchase history.
I like what they sell, but the prices are too high. When I checked out, they pushed the Rewards program hard, promising rebates on their crazy-high shipping plus ten percent off. The whole thing was confusing and they made it way harder than it needed to be. They don't tell you up front that you get 30 days free then get charged $19.99 monthly - they hide that detail. You don't see the discount apply at checkout either. Instead you have to go to a separate website and fill out a ton of information, like exactly what you paid for shipping. Your order receipt doesn't have that info and I couldn't find it on their site, so I had to call and ask a rude employee about my shipping cost just to fill out the form. Now I have to spend more time canceling this membership before the free trial ends or they'll charge me. Between signup and managing this thing, I've wasted an hour already and it'll take more time going forward.
This company is corrupt through and through. They won't give you your money back unless you have a tracking number. They're a dirty, crooked business. They stole over a thousand dollars from me. Absolute crooks.
I'd give them less than one star if I could. I was thrilled with Cuddledown for years until I dealt with their rewards vendor - absolutely horrible. Their customer service made me swear off the whole company. Back in January I called in to order some pricey sheets and the rep pushed their rewards program on me. I had doubts but she promised I could join, get cash back, and cancel whenever with no issues. She said my check would come in ten days. By March, nothing. Called and found out they hadn't processed my rewards or closed my account like the first rep said. They told me to mail them a copy of my receipt. I emailed it and sent a hard copy. They claimed they never got either. Another call in April and they promised the check would go out within 24 hours and that they'd escalate my case. Now it's late July and all I get are generic form letters telling me to talk to the vendor. Direct calls to Cuddledown just give me the same runaround. This whole thing has been a nightmare.
