This company needs to operate with more transparency. CVLIFE has been in business across the US for years, yet they don't maintain a proper customer service presence. Their listed phone contact goes to Hong Kong, and they have no actual US address posted anywhere. Their support email goes unanswered. It's time for accountability. I found their physical location at 6156 Spring Mountain Road Ste 100-A, Las Vegas, NV 89146 and wanted to share it so customers know where to direct complaints. I bought something directly through their website after getting their promotional email. My order went in on May 22, 2024, and the item never showed up. I tried reaching out seven different times via email and even dialed their Hong Kong number. Complete silence. After waiting two weeks with zero response, I filed a complaint with the Attorney General for potential fraud. Surprisingly, the next day my refund came through without any explanation, apology, or acknowledgment from them. At least I got my money back.
