I would give zero stars if possible. Used this brand for almost a year and completely destroyed my hair. I've lost about three-quarters of my hair volume, developed dermatitis and eczema on my scalp, and my curl pattern is ruined forever. I tried warning people on social media but got restricted and blocked. It's been four years and my hair still hasn't recovered. My hair is a frizzy mess and I barely go out anymore because of it.

I just learned about all the problems with this brand. The defining gel I tried made my hair feel incredibly hard and brittle, like it might snap off. I sent them an email asking about it and they immediately blocked me. That's not how you treat customers. If you're selling products, you have a responsibility to respond to people's concerns. Only companies with something to hide ignore their customers like this. They need to be held accountable. What's even the point of trying to reach them?

These products caused my hair to thin and shed significantly. When I reached out about returning them, the company blocked my account instead of helping me.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS BRAND. I used their products for years and my hair started falling out in chunks. As soon as I stopped, it finally started growing back. The company refused to refund my money and kept saying their products are safe. They're not safe at all. I had no idea there were lawsuits about hair loss when I bought these. I discovered it too late. Now I'm paying a dermatologist out of my own pocket trying to get my hair to grow back.

I used this product because I was traveling to a place without many curl-friendly options and had an important meeting. It was just a styling mousse but it made my hair feel awful. It felt cheap and artificial. I normally take great care of my hair and was really let down. The texture reminded me of how my hair feels after swimming in a chlorinated pool for days without conditioning.

The conditioning product itself is really good and I've used it for years. However, I absolutely hate the new pump design on the large bottle. I've had multiple pumps break completely, and the ones that work only function until the bottle is about three-quarters full. Getting the remaining product out is a nightmare. The old bottle was taller and thinner with pumps that actually worked properly. They should bring back that version or add a squeeze cap so people can get all their product. I don't buy the smaller sizes because they're too expensive and wasteful.

My daughter and I both developed serious scalp problems from using these products. We saw red, scaly patches develop suddenly along with noticeable hair loss. I cannot recommend this product to anyone. After seeing how many other people have reported similar issues, it's shocking they continue selling it.

I started with this brand a couple years ago and absolutely loved it at first. My sister mentioned reading reviews about hair thinning, but I dismissed it. The more I used it though, the more hair I kept finding in my drain. My hair visibly thinned despite being naturally thick. I have no health conditions that would cause this. About five months ago I switched to a different line and the difference is night and day. My drain barely has any hair now, just like before I started this brand. My hair is getting thicker again and feels like it used to. Don't use this. It seems great initially but gets worse over time. I wouldn't make this up because I have no reason to. I just want to warn others. If someone already had thin hair, they'd be furious.

Got the bundle kit in mid-June and tried it for a week before deciding it wasn't for me. I asked for a refund and ended up waiting months for it. It's now October and I still haven't seen my money back. When I reached out to the company twice, I got two completely different answers about their return process. The customer service has been awful all around. Skip this product and find something better.

Bought a $99 product bundle in mid-January and waited to receive it. The website showed processing for a week straight. Once I started questioning the delay, I found out about some serious issues surrounding the company. After emailing with no response for days, I called customer service. They mentioned warehouse problems and promised same-day delivery without any tracking number. Given all the negative press I'd been hearing, I decided to cancel before it even arrived. I got a return label and sent the package back as soon as it came, expecting my money back immediately like any reputable company would do. Eventually I got a reply to my earlier email, but by then the situation had completely turned me off from the brand.
