You can't return damaged items to a store location. My daughter bought a power washer from them that arrived with a bent handle, and there's a location near her. They refused to exchange it unless she had their sales receipt. My son-in-law had my receipt from when I ordered it online, but they still wouldn't take the return. I've spent a lot of money there over the years, but that's finished. Not until they fix their return process.
Don't trust what they advertise. They promote free shipping but then don't honor it. Discount codes don't work when you try to use them. The price was more than double what I thought I was getting. This is straight-up misleading marketing and I fell for it.

Bought a blemished Hart 20v cordless lopper set online and ran into trouble right away. The battery that came with it won't charge, just blinks red on the charger. Hart support told me they'd send a replacement in about two weeks but I'm still waiting to see if that actually happens. Will let you know if the new battery ever shows up.
