I didn't see any cosmetic issues, but it clearly had internal problems. Since I didn't test it and return it within 30 days, I'm stuck dealing with Ryobi's service instead. Can't return it even though I never touched it. The nearest service center is three hours away and shipping is on me. If I'd spent 15% more at a big box store I could've swapped it for a working one no problem. Not coming back here, the small savings aren't worth the headache.
Really happy with my purchase here. The selection is excellent, prices are hard to beat, and they ship faster than I expected. Everything I ordered arrived in perfect condition and works great. I'm a big fan of Ryobi products and love getting them at such good prices.
Worst place I've ever bought from online. I ordered two garden tools and they told me it would take up to 20 days just to process the order, then another 1-2 weeks for shipping. That's too long so I tried to cancel. Even after multiple emails back and forth, 12 days later my refund still hasn't shown up. They kept saying it would be in my account in 24-48 hours but nothing. The company is terrible to work with. Previous orders have taken weeks to arrive and come damaged with cheap packaging.

The fact that management won't communicate clearly about this tells me standards have dropped. Years back when I was dealing with a lot of home repairs, the local store staff really helped me out and even steered me away from unnecessary purchases. That level of care seems gone now.
