Similar situation to other recent reviews here. Ordered two pairs of shorts that didn't fit right and went to return them using their online system. The return deadline hadn't passed yet, still within their thirty-day window, but I got an error message saying the return window was already closed. For a company that used to have a solid reputation, this is disappointing. Don't recommend buying from dockers.com.

Been a customer for thirty years and just lost them. Ordered something and checked a few days later since nothing had shipped yet. Support said they had a backlog but to call back if it didn't ship within five days. It didn't, so I called to cancel as I was told I could. Suddenly a different rep said the previous agent was wrong and cancellation wasn't possible. No way to cancel, no update on delivery, no way forward. So I'm stuck. Either I wait and hope it arrives eventually and then deal with returning it, or I dispute the charge with my bank. They've managed to lose a three-decade customer over this mess.
