Got a braided belt from them that fell apart after eight months of light use. This isn't real leather at all, just cheap stuff made overseas. When I contacted the company about it, they made me fill out a warranty form, print it, mail it back to them at my own expense, and then they decide whether to help you. That's not customer service, that's insulting. I'm done with them. I'd rather take it to a department store like Kohls because they actually care about their customers. Our company was thinking about buying for employees, but that's definitely off the table now. Totally unhappy. UPDATE: A Dockers rep actually reached out and offered to replace it. I have to admit I was wrong about them here.
The pants are actually nice, but the color fades pretty quickly. After about a year they look pretty worn out.
Worst jacket money can buy. Every time the zipper goes up it snags the material and gets stuck. Contacted customer service through their chat function and the rep I spoke with was absolutely useless, just like the jacket itself.
