Now I'm stuck waiting up to ten days to get my money back so I can finish my work. All they did was laugh when my contractor tried to talk to them about it. Since it's employee-owned, there's nobody else to complain to. Fair warning: the people here are really unkind and their service is terrible.
Had a terrible experience at the local Do it Best in my area. The team was incredibly slow and struggled to help me find the right fasteners for my tools, taking way too long. They kept getting pulled away to assist other customers who showed up after I did. When I asked them to focus on finishing my order, I was basically told those other people mattered just as much. On top of that, they rang me up wrong and the receipt was messed up. The whole thing felt like the staff just wasn't paying attention to anything.
