I got my order and it arrived in good condition. One item took a bit longer to get in stock, so I had to wait for that, but otherwise everything went smoothly.

Bought some Yellow jacket bluegrass seed and planted it exactly as instructed, watering twice daily. We even had a couple of decent rain showers during the growing period. After 45 days, nothing sprouted at all. The seed was clearly expired or damaged. The company refuses to stand behind their product and just keeps giving me the runaround every couple of weeks with excuses. They don't care about customer satisfaction, just getting paid. I posted a negative review on their site and they removed it. This company deserves zero stars.

Placed an order months back and was told it went out, but when I checked the tracking number, it turned out the carrier never even received the package. When I reached out through their chat, they blamed the carrier for missing a scan. This is clearly just an excuse for their lack of accountability. I won't be ordering from them again.

I want to rate them zero stars if possible. I ordered a granular herbicide product and it arrived in the evening. After bringing it inside, I noticed yellow powder all over my hands, the floor, and outside the front door. I didn't realize at first and touched my face. The shipping box showed no obvious damage, but there was a hole in the plastic container itself. The inside of the box and container were completely covered in the yellow product. It had leaked out from the box's corners and bottom where the tape didn't seal completely. I sent photos and a detailed explanation of the damaged container and they said they'd send a replacement. They never did and stopped responding to my emails and calls. I'm not sure how the hole got there, but it had to happen before they sealed the box. Everyone who handled the package must have gotten this product on them. There are many other companies selling pesticides. Avoid this one.

Their pricey weed control product called RM 43 is a complete waste of money. A quart costs fifty bucks and doesn't work at all. I think it actually made the weeds worse.

I'd give them zero stars if I could. Every time I've ordered from them, something goes wrong with the shipping. Items show as delivered when they never actually arrive. On my most recent order, I placed it two weeks early just to be safe. When I tracked it, the package sat at a local post office for an entire week without moving. When I called the company, the representative seemed more focused on her tone than actually helping me figure out what was happening. I called the post office and they said the package got sent back to a different facility in another state for no clear reason. The company couldn't explain it and didn't seem to care. I'm done spending money here.

I bought a gallon of foamer and the postal service misplaced it. When I contacted the company, they insisted I wait several weeks to see if it would show up before they'd send a replacement. I waited, but it never arrived. When they finally agreed to reship, they said the item was out of stock and I'd have to wait even longer. No refund offered and definitely no apology, just told to accept the situation.

This company cannot be trusted. Stay away from them. Do not order anything from this place. They send you the wrong items and leave out products from your order. When you complain, they refuse to replace anything and try to sell you more stuff instead. I called ahead to get advice on a carpenter bee treatment and their supposed expert recommended DeltaDust, but when I looked at their website and videos, that wasn't even mentioned or shown. Then they shipped me the wrong chemical for bed bugs and didn't include the dust applicator I paid for. I've called multiple times over months and they keep saying they have no record of my calls, telling me I need to buy another applicator. It's clear they lie and intentionally send incomplete orders so you'll buy more. Do not trust this company and do not buy from them.

I've had successful orders from them before, but I learned the hard way that they'll let you buy things that aren't actually in stock. If you need something quickly, order from someone else. They also won't even allow you to cancel an order. That's pretty poor business practice.

This place is focused on maximizing profit above everything else and their prices are way too high. You can easily find the same items for $20 to $50 cheaper elsewhere. Their price matching doesn't actually work when you try to use it because they claim profit margins won't allow it. We made the mistake of ordering from them about six months ago for a preventative termite treatment and the product leaked during shipping. They completely ignored our requests for a replacement. If you can shop anywhere else, I'd strongly suggest doing that.
