I ordered a 50 pound bag of pre emergent and received a 46 pound bag that had already been opened and retaped. This wasn't shipping damage, it was clearly opened before they sent it out since they taped it back up. Obviously they knew it was opened and missing product, and the tape job was so bad that even more fell out during transit. When I complained, they only offered to split the cost of what I lost, calling it a gesture for my inconvenience. That's not acceptable customer service at all. I'm shopping elsewhere from now on.
I placed an order for about $213 and got an email that they cancelled it. Then someone from the company called saying they needed to charge me more. This seems really sketchy since my card was already charged. The person on the call was unprofessional and there was loud noise in the background. I'm taking my business elsewhere.
