Ordered in November, and by May I was dealing with major problems. Less than seven months in and the vacuum stopped picking up dirt properly, the mop attachment quit drying, and it started making this awful loud noise. I contacted their support team but got absolutely nowhere. This has been incredibly annoying. I've asked for either a refund of eight hundred fifty bucks or a replacement unit and haven't heard a word back. Seriously, don't get this thing.

Careful! This brand has awful customer service! Go with a different company like Tineco if you can afford it. These products quit working after a few months. I spent over three hundred dollars on the Dreametech H12 Pro wet dry vacuum and after just a few months it started leaking water everywhere and stopped suctioning properly. Despite being under warranty, dealing with their customer service was hands down the worst experience ever. I sent it to their repair center as they told me to, with their assurance they'd fix everything. It came back marked as repaired but absolutely nothing was fixed. All they did was leave the tank full of filthy water, so when I got it the box was soaked and reeking of mold. The whole machine smelled awful. The water damage got into the electronics and now the machine won't even power on anymore. I was livid and asked them to send me a brand new working unit, but they keep making everything difficult instead of doing the right thing.

I purchased the Dreame L10s Ultra and it just doesn't perform like it should. It won't vacuum carpets at all, gets confused on carpet surfaces, and shuts down every single time. I called support when the machine was only two days old and their service was absolutely terrible, the worst I've dealt with on any device. I keep getting the exact same response and they clearly don't want to help, just keep telling me to send it to their repair shop when it's literally brand new.
