I probably should have checked the return policy first, but now I'm stuck trying different flavors to see if any are better.
I ordered a 2 month supply of their perimenopause product but only received one month's worth. Thinking they might be waiting to see if I'd cancel before shipping the second box, I contacted them. They told me that since we're past the 30 day window and there's no tracking number, they can't help. They won't refund or reship, so I'm out 65 bucks.
Ordering from here was a nightmare. It took two weeks just to get my package, and when it finally arrived, it was completely the wrong order. I contacted customer service to get the correct one sent out, but they said I'd have to return the wrong order first and they wanted me to pay $10 for shipping on their mistake. That was the last straw. I'm filing a chargeback and won't be ordering from them ever again.
This is just regular broth that costs way more than what you'd pay at any regular store. The taste wasn't great either.
This company keeps billing me incorrectly. I set up a subscription and then got charged two more times without receiving anything. When I cancelled it, customer service refused to actually listen to what I was saying. My account shows both an active and cancelled subscription. Then I ordered again in July because I do like the product itself. Last week I noticed another charge - turns out they've been continuing to charge both my subscription accounts plus my bank account for the new order. When I called them about it, they insisted it's my fault and that I have multiple accounts. I kept asking them to show me these other accounts and they couldn't explain it. They claim I'm getting two boxes monthly but I'm definitely not. I'm fed up with them not listening and they owe me several hundred dollars at this point.
Do not order from this company. Their customer service is incredibly unprofessional and rude. If you want to know why, just look at all the terrible reviews they've gotten. This is a really awful business.
