Customer service here is just robots, and you absolutely need to be certain about your size before ordering. When my order arrived, I had issues and ended up owing more than triple what I originally paid to resolve it. Definitely not something I'd suggest to anyone. If something goes wrong, their customer service won't actually help you out.

I placed an order for a pair of shoes more than two weeks back and still haven't gotten it. I tried calling their support team and basically got told tough luck. FedEx has had the box for over a week and a half now - that's way too long. Plus, their customer service treated me like garbage. This company won't see another dime from me going forward.

Dr. Scholl's Skin Tag Remover - what a ripoff. All this thing does is drain your wallet after freezing your money away. It'll actually burn your skin but it won't get rid of your skin tags. Save yourself and don't buy it. The company also has terrible customer service and they clearly don't care about keeping customers.

The customer service is awful. They ran a promotion where I was supposed to get a discount code after buying from them, but the whole process for getting the coupon printed was incredibly complicated. I reached out to customer service multiple times for help and got nothing. With how expensive their products are, I'm definitely checking out other options that treat customers better.

This experience really freaked me out. I placed an order late at night and never got a confirmation, but they charged my card immediately. When I logged into my account, it showed zero orders - super scary and made me feel like my personal info wasn't safe. Things did eventually work out - got my confirmation email around 1:45 in the morning and a tracking number by mid-morning - but I spent hours worried for no reason. After spending nearly $80, I shouldn't have to go through that kind of stress. I'm honestly not confident ordering from them again.

This is shameful. It's people like me, the older folks who have supported this company for years, and they give us junk products. Their so-called money back guarantee? You jump through endless hoops. You call their customer service, they mail you a form, you fill it out with your receipt and packaging codes, mail it back, and then you sit and wait - probably eight weeks goes by before anyone gets back to you. Then they email you a return sticker and you gotta ship everything back. Are they serious?? I used to have confidence in the Dr Scholl name, but not anymore.

I've been buying Dr Scholls insoles for years now and they really work. The foot scanning machine at Walmart gave me an accurate reading of what I needed. Right now I've got three sets - my oldest pair is about two years old and still does the job. Since I deal with lower back and leg issues plus foot pain, these insoles help me keep moving better by cushioning and balancing my weight. They're honestly essential for maintaining the mobility I have. I think anybody struggling with foot or leg problems should definitely try them.

The Custom Fit insoles have been really helpful for me. They actually work well when you wear them in the right shoes. My foot soreness and the pain in my knees and back have gotten so much better - honestly, a lot of days I don't feel any discomfort at all.
