Over the past couple years I've bought two doublenest hammocks from this company and both failed me. I don't take these camping, just use them casually at home or when I'm at the beach. I keep mine stored indoors to protect it from the critters that destroy stuff around our place. First one tore up the side after being used for about a year and dropped me down unexpectedly. I took it back to the retailer for a replacement. The second one made it about two years with extra precautions before it split underneath me during use. When I reached out to their support team they blamed sun damage. I explained that I store it inside and asked if they could tell me what actually caused it to fail. They agreed to take a look if I mailed it in, but surprise, I had to cover the shipping cost of thirty bucks. By the time it arrived at their place, I got a response dismissing the claim again due to sun damage. That was it. If you're shopping around, check out Kammock instead because they stand behind their gear with a lifetime coverage. This brand's quality just isn't there. Think twice before ordering from them. For reference I'm around 5'8" and about 190 pounds.
