After their workers organized and unionized, the company treated them terribly. They got sold to a new owner who brought in completely different drivers and packers. As a customer, Eaze is just as bad. They take forever to deliver and their fees are ridiculously high. Go to Ohana instead.
Absolutely horrible. It feels like a corporate nightmare with no real customer service options and ridiculously slow delivery. I ordered at 10:05 AM and they said it would arrive shortly. Nearly three hours later I hadn't received any text update. Do they expect customers to just sit at home all day waiting for them to show up whenever they feel like it?

This company is terrible! The drivers they send are always nervous and hesitant. I'm older and could take on half my neighbors, but these guys act like they're scared of their own shadow. Just get out of the car and do your job!
I created an account and made an order, but when I checked my order history just minutes later, nothing showed up. I waited a bit and placed another order, getting a delivery estimate of around 30 minutes. Within 10 minutes I tried checking the status and got logged out. My login credentials weren't working anymore, so I tried resetting my password. The old password was rejected, confirming it was the one I set initially. After creating a new password, I got a message saying my account was suspended. I spent about two hours dealing with this mess and won't be back. The app and website are completely useless and unreliable.
I placed an order on December 16th and got a text saying it would arrive in two hours. Three hours later I still hadn't received anything, so I tried their online chat support. After twenty minutes of going back and forth they ended the conversation. Then suddenly my order got cancelled without any real explanation. This place is a complete joke. I had placed a decent sized order for one hundred thirty-five dollars, and I ended up taking my business to Medmen who was much more helpful.
I've ordered from Eaze plenty of times without major issues, but their website is absolutely terrible. They send promotional emails at 9:30 AM but don't open until 11 AM, so you can't actually buy anything. There's also zero inventory tracking, so if you order something they don't have in stock, your order just disappears with no explanation of what went wrong.
