Sorted by: Most recentI'd give zero stars if the system allowed it. I ordered at 1 PM with an ETA of 3 PM. At 3 PM I get a text pushing it to 3:55 PM. I contact them at 4 PM and they say another fifty minutes. I had to leave the house so I cancelled that order and placed a new one at 5:30 PM. This time they said 6:30 PM but then texted it would be 6:55 to 7:15 PM. At 7:30 PM I reach out again and they claim the driver is fifty minutes away. Thirty minutes later they text he's forty-one minutes away. Then twenty minutes after that they just cancel the whole thing. This company has zero respect for people's time and acts completely unprofessionally. Save yourself the frustration and don't bother ordering from them.
This service drives me crazy. I've lost so much time waiting for deliveries where the arrival window keeps changing from what they originally promised. One driver came earlier than scheduled so I quickly walked my dogs, but he left right when I got back, forcing me to wait another two hours for a different order. Another time they took my order and made me wait an hour before cancelling it at the last second without any advance notice. When you accept an order you should let customers know immediately if there's a problem.
I placed my order and it showed up in thirty minutes. The driver was friendly and professional. Really satisfied with this experience.
There basically is no customer service here. Your only option to reach them is through chat, but usually nobody is available. If something goes wrong with your order, that's just too bad for you. The only reason they're still operating is because in most areas there's not much competition. It's a shame.
My ordering and delivery process were smooth and the driver got it to my door fine. However, all four Circles vape cartridges I received were only half full. Normally four cartridges last me three weeks, but these only lasted about one week. I contacted customer service about the defective products and they cut me off twice during our conversation. They insisted the cartridges were full and refused to acknowledge they were substandard. They also wouldn't let me talk to a manager. Aside from the undersized cartridges, the actual product quality was decent, but the response to this problem was really disappointing.
One of Eaze's drivers made me uncomfortable during delivery on September 11th, 2022, and when I reported it, the company never followed up directly with me. The driver showed up reeking of cannabis and kept staring at me while not looking at me, which felt inappropriate. When I was supposed to get change back, he didn't give it to me. I tipped him five dollars and after taking my money he asked if I had a boyfriend. I immediately emailed Eaze about the incident and asked for someone to contact me. I got a reply that night from a staff member who added twenty dollars credit and said it would be escalated to the driver management team. I asked to hear back from them personally. The credit they offered is basically useless since there's a fifty dollar minimum order plus at least twenty dollars in taxes, so it just requires me to spend more money. When I followed up again requesting direct communication, I was told the report had been handed off but never heard anything more.
This is the worst cannabis delivery service out there. They show zero customer care or compassion. I had an allergic reaction to a product I bought and asked to return it, but they refused. They just kept telling me to read the terms and conditions and saying it was escalated, while ignoring my emails. Turns out the pills contained oils I'm allergic to and I ended up in the hospital with a huge medical bill I couldn't afford since I don't have insurance. Eaze won't refund me, won't do an exchange, and won't even try to help. They're basically holding customers hostage to products that could hurt them.
I ordered a Jetty oil pod thinking it was a cartridge compatible with my 510 or stiiizy battery, but it wasn't. I couldn't use it at all. When I reached out, Eaze never offered to help with an exchange or refund, and there was no way to contact them by phone. This kind of mistake happens, and a real company would at least swap the product or return my money. But Eaze gets so much business they don't care about customer satisfaction. I ended up having to buy a battery on my own, spending even more money because of their carelessness. I'm frustrated that such a lazy operation won't take responsibility or stand behind their products. If you want actual customer service, shop elsewhere because Eaze only cares about making more money.
I used Eaze about six times and that was enough. They were hours late every single delivery. You can't count on them for anything. I have a life and other things to do besides wait around all day. On my last order the product itself was really poor quality. I paid eighty dollars for an eighth and couldn't even smoke it. I tipped the driver generously but the service was still terrible. I'm done with them.
