They pushed it to after 10 PM, then around 9:45 sent a notification saying the driver was twenty-five minutes away. Twenty minutes later I got told that my order, which I'd been waiting on since 7 PM with basically no updates, was cancelled. This company is a scam. Just go to your local dispensary where the staff actually value patients and customers.
The customer service here is a joke and frankly the whole company name is ironic given how complicated everything is. I tried placing multiple orders but kept running into my account getting suspended without any explanation. They made a phone call to verify information but never told me they'd be calling, and when I missed it they said it was my fault. I got an email about it but couldn't reply to confirm anything. When I tried calling back the number provided, nobody answered or helped me. This was an enormous waste of my time. Stay away from this company.
I'd give them zero stars if I could, and I'd strongly recommend posting complaints on multiple platforms including the BBB because this is a repeat offender that never takes accountability. I've been giving them feedback since 2018, and nothing improves. After three years I thought maybe things got better, so I gave them another shot. That was a mistake. I placed a $393 order on Saturday evening at 8:08 PM expecting delivery between 9:20 and 9:45 PM. Then the time got pushed to after 10 PM, which was confirmed by their rep but is illegal. When I called them out on it, they cancelled the order. On top of their negligence and false information, their customer service rep abandoned the conversation without explanation.
Just a heads up to everyone: when you refer friends through Eaze, their contact information gets sold off to spammers and they'll get bombarded with sketchy text messages every single day. Some look like they're from Eaze, but others are mysterious links claiming there are URGENT Amazon orders that need reviewing. I can't speak much to how well their service works, but their marketing practices are completely unethical and need to stop.
They promised a $40 promo credit for referrals who ordered before July 31, 2019 according to their marketing email about celebrating summer with double referral bonuses. My referral made a purchase before the deadline, but the delivery arrived on August 1st. I only received $20 of the promised $40 bonus. When I reached out to their support team after waiting a week, they told me the order didn't qualify because it wasn't delivered by July 31st, even though their email never mentioned a delivery deadline. The company wouldn't do anything except say they'd pass my complaint about the misleading promotion to their trust and safety department. Another frustration: Eaze Wellness pulls items from their inventory without notice. If you find something you like, buy extras because what they advertise as a bestseller might vanish the following week. The only reason they get two stars is their quick shipping and some reasonably priced items.
