When I called before arrival at the International Drive location in Orlando, I was told packages wouldn't be charged if I was already registered. A couple days later my package showed up and they charged me anyway. When I talked to a manager they said either pay up or cancel my order. They didn't clean my room for three days, just made the bed. I'd never send anyone there. All they care about is money, nothing else matters to them.
