My biggest complaint is how rigid their cancellation policy is. I signed up for the 6-month package but didn't read carefully enough and ended up paying more than I expected. I tried canceling right away but couldn't find a phone number anywhere, so I had to email. After going back and forth they said they couldn't cancel. Apparently some states have a 3-day window but mine isn't one of them. I asked if I could downgrade to a yearly plan since there was a special going on that would've cost less. I wasn't thrilled about committing for a full year, but yeah it would've been cheaper. They said no. Since my spouse passed away, I have to be really careful with money. I'm frustrated with myself for not reading the fine print better, but I'm also disappointed that they won't offer the same flexibility to everyone instead of only certain states.

This has been the absolute worst dating platform I've ever tried. I'm really upset I didn't check reviews before committing to a 3-month plan. Within just a few days I knew this wasn't going to work out for me. The user base seems pretty small honestly. I was getting matched with people but most were from completely different states. When I reached out to support and asked for help, they just told me to expand my search radius. I did, but still barely got any matches. I'm not interested in long-distance relationships. The worst part is they refused to cancel my account even though I only used it for about a week before closing it. I've talked to other people who had the exact same problems. This is hands down the worst dating platform ever. Bumble and Match both have way more quality options available.

The pricing to unlock messages seems way too high. As someone who's lost their spouse, I'd like to meet someone nice but not at these costs. Plus when people message you, they have no way of knowing if you'd be interested since you can't respond without paying. Some messages also say they contain locked information that won't display.

I've been sending out likes and messages but haven't gotten any replies from anyone since I joined.

I've had the absolute worst experience with their support team. Waiting 2 weeks for a response is standard, and when they finally reply it's basically just a template saying they can't help you. This has happened both times I've contacted them. The app itself is buggy and loaded with fake spam accounts. Plus about half the profiles don't even have photos. If you're looking for a dating app, I'd strongly recommend looking elsewhere.

Total scam. Don't give this company your money. You're throwing cash away on a fraudulent company that doesn't deliver anything. You'd have better luck literally tossing your money out a window because at least then you'd have a chance of getting it back. With this service you'll just lose everything.

It was excellent because the questionnaire really forces you to think hard about what you're looking for in a partner.

This was really good because the survey questions actually push you to think deeply about what qualities matter most to you in a partner.

I've had a really nice experience using this platform. I've met some fantastic women and while I'm still searching for the right person, it definitely gives me confidence that I'll find her.

My experience here has been really positive. I've connected with some wonderful women and though I haven't found my match yet, this platform definitely keeps me optimistic.
