Sorted by: Most recentBe careful. They pulled a bait and switch on me. I ordered the new New Balance 1080v11 tennis shoes based on what was advertised on their site. Instead they shipped me the older 1080v10 version, which is completely different. They made me pay for return shipping even though it was their mistake and didn't refund my original shipping cost either. Customer service was terrible throughout. I'm done with them. What they did isn't right and somehow they got away with it. They have my shoes back so they can do the same thing to someone else, and I'm out $25 in shipping fees.
Had a terrible experience with their return policy and pricing. I bought shoes while traveling and paid cash, then returned them the next day before leaving town since they weren't comfortable. They refused to give me my cash back and only offered a gift card instead. Problem is there's no EMS location near me, and even though a sister store carries their merchandise, I was told I couldn't use the card there. That meant ordering online and paying shipping to use it, which seemed pointless. When I emailed asking about switching it to store credit, I got nothing back. If I'd known about this ridiculous policy beforehand, I would've shopped elsewhere. The return policy sign was barely visible. Basically lost $58 to them. Note: After contacting my state's attorney general, a VP finally reached out, so don't give up if this happens to you.
Found these shoes at a better price than I could get anywhere else. Took about a week to arrive and they came in perfect condition. Really pleased with the purchase and the deal I got.
Pricing is way too high. Picked up an inner tube for my bike, inflated it, took a ride, and when I got back the tire was flat. The tube had actually ripped and the damage was obvious. When I went back to return it, they said no refund or credit since I'd used it once. At least the staff was reasonably helpful, but that doesn't make up for the inflexible policy.
