Two weeks of waiting, countless calls, and one email from me and the only solution they could offer was to cancel. That's not customer service, that's a disaster. The reps were unhelpful and seemed completely unable to take any real action to fix anything. I'm honestly shocked that management allows this to happen.
Still waiting for my money back after returning a defective item on December 3rd. The return was never properly logged by the warehouse staff, and now I'm stuck in refund limbo. Can't recommend this app to anyone. I regret ordering from them completely. My first purchase was sent to the wrong address, and when I called to report it, the rep insisted it had been delivered and received, refusing to understand that I never actually got it. After that, I've been chasing them down with follow-ups while they keep saying it's been escalated and someone will call back. I'm supposed to travel soon and needed those items, so I asked for a refund instead of waiting around. They seem unable to comprehend this simple request. Meanwhile, they keep saying they're looking into it while I'm stuck without my stuff. This all happened because of the delivery driver's error, not mine. I gave them my address correctly. Total scam.
Ordered two items but only got one plus an empty box. Called to complain and was told to wait three days. After that, they said another two days for the replacement. When the courier finally showed up, he wanted me to return the item I never received in the first place. Contacted them again and got told they can't help. Asked for a manager and was denied. Been waiting ever since with no resolution. This has been a nightmare and I can't recommend shopping here to anyone.
Placed an order and paid for 3 items. My card was charged immediately, then they randomly cancelled 2 of the items claiming the warehouse didn't have them in stock. How does that happen when they literally just posted these items on their website without any mention of limited availability?
Haven't personally shopped there myself, but I know plenty of people who have had major issues with this site and they're just as bad as the stories suggest, maybe worse. Seriously need to overhaul your support system and stop forcing people to listen to robotic scripts. Honestly, talking to a computer would be easier. You deserve even less than one star.
