It's an okay shopping site overall. They do ship pretty fast, though sometimes the colors in person don't match what's shown in the pictures, which feels intentional. They should partner with additional brands too.

Honestly, I'd give them negative stars if I could. Shopping experience is terrible, especially with exchanges and returns. I ordered shoes in the wrong size and requested an upgrade. Instead of handling the return themselves, they told me to use a courier company, which they rejected. Once they got the shoes back, they sat in their warehouse for over ten days. It's been more than three weeks total waiting for my replacement and still nothing. I've filed seven separate complaints with zero actual help from customer service. When I tried to get a refund, they only wanted to give me the shoe price minus the shipping cost. Their entire return, refund, and exchange system is broken, inefficient and overcomplicated. Don't bother with this company, I certainly won't be back.
