What Shoppers Say About Entertainment
Entertainment.com is rated 1.0 out of 5 by 5 shoppers, with all ratings at one star. Reviewers report serious issues with the service, including non-functional coupons that do not work at advertised retailers, a subscription model that requires payment to access coupons of minimal value, and charging customers without delivering promised activation codes. Multiple shoppers also describe frustration with customer support, citing circular processes that prevent account cancellation and complaints from being filed.
Additional complaints include fraudulent coupon distribution (coupons appearing at unaffiliated businesses), physical coupon books arriving significantly smaller than previous years at the same price, and unresolved billing disputes from years past. Shoppers consistently describe the site as a scam and recommend avoiding the service entirely in favor of free coupon sources available through standard search engines.

Sorted by: Most recentOne of our regular customers walked into our dry cleaning shop and gave us what they said was a coupon from entertainment.com. We've never worked with that company and have zero connection to them whatsoever.
This place is a total scam!! I wanted to cancel my membership so I went through all the steps they asked for. Every time I tried, the system kept telling me my email address wasn't in their system. Completely ridiculous!!!!!!!!!!!
What a scam this is! They advertise all these coupons but here's the thing: most of them either don't work at the actual stores or they're barely worth anything. And you have to pay for a subscription to even see them, which makes zero sense! You can literally find better coupons on Google for nothing. Skip this site entirely, it's a waste. The worst part is how impossible it is to cancel. The cancellation button doesn't actually work and their customer service pages are broken too. You basically have to call your credit card company to get them to stop charging you. Honestly just a terrible experience from start to finish!
Got charged on my card back in 2023 but never got the activation code I needed. When I tried to contact support following their instructions, they told me I had to activate my account first to submit a complaint. So essentially they took my money and there's no way for me to reach anyone or get what I paid for.
I've been buying these coupon books for over 10 years now. This year when mine arrived, it was noticeably thinner than what I've gotten before. I actually measured both books and the new one is 26% smaller than last year's, yet they charged me the exact same price! I reached out to complain and they fed me some story about saving the environment and claimed it had the same number of coupons as always. That doesn't add up though because if the book has 56 fewer pages at 4 coupons per page, that's 224 fewer coupons, period. Then they informed me that returning the books would cost me $7.95 in handling fees, which is nearly a quarter of what I originally paid. Look, I've been around long enough to know when something's not right. I'm a loyal customer but not a stupid one.
