Another scam site is etniescasale.com. Looks completely legitimate but it's fraud. The real Etnies should warn people about this on their actual website but they don't. Makes you wonder about who's really running these operations.

Customer service basically doesn't exist here. Had a really frustrating time when I accidentally ordered the wrong size and wanted to fix it immediately. Sent several emails that were never acknowledged. Called and left messages with no return contact. My shoes have already shipped now. This was a terrible experience from start to finish. Don't waste your time and money here.

Been trying to return shoes for more than a week and can't get customer service to respond with an RMA number. Calls go straight to voicemail with zero callbacks. Emails sit unanswered for 2 weeks.

Worst shopping experience by far. They sent me a fake tracking number and the three pairs of shoes I ordered never arrived. I'm out 180 pounds and doubtful I'll ever get reimbursed. I really wish I'd looked at the reviews before placing my order.

Wish I'd checked feedback first. Never experienced such awful customer service. They created a shipping label for my package but it was never actually sent, so I have no idea if I'll ever get what I ordered or if it'll even fit. The reviews here are making me really anxious about it. Good thing I paid through PayPal because I'm opening a case to recover my money. Shop somewhere else instead.

Contacted their support team about making a return and was told to send the product back to the warehouse since their return form system is broken. To make matters worse, I have to pay to ship my item back to Holland. This is ridiculous for a company of their size. Shop at third-party retailers like Zalando instead.

Should've done my homework first. I just figured ordering straight from etnies.com would be safe, but I was wrong. Like everyone else is saying, they ship from the Netherlands which tacks a five dollar fee onto your order. Want to return something? That's another ten pounds. It's a total ripoff.

Picked up a pair of shoes on sale for 38.99 with a retail price of 55 and thought I got a deal. Then 4.49 shipping charge. They didn't fit even though I've worn the same size before. Returning them cost 15.93. After I send them back, I'll have spent 20.42 on shipping and returns combined for shoes I paid 38.99 for. That leaves me spending basically 17.57 total. Unless you're certain about your purchase, skip Etnies in the Netherlands. The extra costs for delivery and returns are ridiculous. Buy elsewhere.
