What Shoppers Say About Events365
Events365 has a highly polarized customer base reflected in its 2.3 rating from 3 shoppers. The one five-star review praised the company for reliable ticket delivery, with NFL game tickets arriving via email several days before the event with no complications, and the reviewer noted satisfaction despite initial hesitation about ordering from a newer vendor.
However, two one-star reviews describe serious issues that significantly outweigh the positive experience. Shoppers report being charged for tickets that were already claimed by others, receiving no confirmation emails or download links despite support claims to the contrary, and encountering problems with fee disclosure practices that may violate regulations requiring all fees to be shown upfront in listed prices rather than added at checkout. Customers also note that while support staff are available, their responsiveness and problem resolution have been inadequate.

Sorted by: Most recentFantastic experience overall. I was hesitant at first since the company seemed relatively new and I hadn't come across many customer opinions about them yet, so naturally I was a bit uncertain about placing an order. But everything turned out perfectly. My tickets for the NFL game arrived via email several days before I needed them, with no complications whatsoever. The customer support team was responsive and helpful when I reached out, which definitely put my mind at ease throughout the whole process. The ticket prices are competitive and my experience was completely smooth from start to finish. I'd definitely recommend giving this site a shot to anyone looking for event tickets. Had an amazing time at the game too.
AVOID THIS WEBSITE. There's a regulation effective from late May requiring ticket vendors to disclose all fees upfront in the listed price, with only taxes as an acceptable add-on. I'd been monitoring 4 specific seats across multiple platforms for several weeks. My usual booking site kept giving me errors during checkout and their support couldn't help. So I tried Events365 instead. The displayed price looked reasonable compared to where I usually buy. On the confirmation page, the total seemed correct for the 4 tickets. I proceeded to fill in my details and payment info, double-checking the amount before clicking to complete my purchase. The system confirmed my order, but didn't show me what I actually paid. Later I got an email showing the per-ticket price was nearly a hundred dollars higher than what was displayed. This definitely wasn't a tax issue since the tax had shown zero on the previous page. I tried reaching out to their team. The first representative said someone would contact me back, but despite 3 follow-up calls and 3 emails, I've heard nothing but silence.
DO NOT USE THIS SITE. Charged me a significant amount for concert tickets and then told me they were already claimed by someone else. When I reported the issue, they claimed they'd sent me a link to access my tickets but I never received anything, no confirmation email or download link whatsoever. Yes, they have a support team available, but they refused to take responsibility or admit there was a problem on their end. This was a complete rip-off and I strongly warn anyone considering using this website to look elsewhere.
