Ordered some games on December 8th for Christmas using a major carrier. My package got stuck at a distribution center starting December 13th, and by the 23rd it still hadn't moved. I contacted the company asking about the status and got a response from support saying everything would be fine and that I could arrange alternatives. Without any notification, they just cancelled the order, though I caught it when checking myself. After I complained, they basically told me to stay positive because everything would work out. I've had great experiences ordering from them before, but I won't be coming back after this mess.

The actual game is solid, but I really dislike their marketing site and how they operate. I bought the main Exploding Kittens game and then grabbed the Zombie Kittens expansion. They included a gift code in the packaging, but when I tried to use it, nothing worked. It feels like their only goal is collecting your personal information for promotional spam. It's disappointing that they won't follow through on what they advertise or take care of their customers properly.

Hands down, this is the best card game out there in my opinion. Spotted it at a store, thought it looked amazing, and grabbed it without totally getting the rules. Best decision ever. It absolutely delivered on every level. Super simple to pick up and the rounds move fast. The art is funny and charming. Seriously, if you're thinking about it, just get it. Stop reading and buy it.

A business that operates wholesale in today's digital marketplace yet refuses to let partners use product photos is problematic from my perspective. While they claim fake copies are the concern, someone could easily buy one legitimate item and photograph it anyway, so that argument falls flat. You can't have it both ways. If you're worried about protecting images, stick to selling directly to consumers instead of wholesale. It's fine to make money off us retailers, but then turning around and limiting our ability to sell your products is frustrating. They're one of the few companies I deal with who take this micromanagement approach, and it doesn't make for a good partnership.
