My recent order of oil was different somehow. I suspect the company got sold to some investment group running things now. Called their customer service and got someone from overseas that was hard to understand. They even said they'd need to contact the company about my question, which was strange. Shipping was a mess with no tracking updates, and the package had a return label from some place called NuLeaf Inc. I looked into that and got more confused. Going to find a different, more reliable CBD supplier.
Used to have good experiences with them. Placed an order on 10/24/25 and got no heads up that the item was out of stock or that shipping had stopped due to inventory issues. Instead I got excuses for days about where my stuff was. Finally got an email saying my order got cancelled like I asked, but they never actually processed my refund.
FAB CBD is being dishonest. For the past three weeks they keep telling me their refund system is down for maintenance updates and now it's broken. They owe me over a hundred dollars. When I ask to speak with someone in charge, they refuse and just send back the same robotic emails. I first reached out on September 12th about being overcharged, and here we are still dealing with this.
Got charged twice on my card without asking me. When I tried to reach customer service, they were basically nowhere to be found. There are way better options out there with superior products and actual customer support. This whole experience was a disaster. I can't recommend FAB CBD to anyone.
Skip this company. I was a loyal customer for years and spent a fortune on their items. I signed up for their VIP membership, but the products they advertise as free actually charge a small fee that's hidden. When I asked customer service about it, they took forever to respond and were rude and unhelpful about the whole thing. I filed a complaint with the BBB because of the misleading ads and wanted my membership fee back, but they never even replied. The mess started in May and went back and forth between them saying they'd refund it, then saying they wouldn't. Total disaster.
Their website wouldn't work for me over the Labor Day weekend. Every time I tried to buy something, I got an error about my card info not being verified. I tried with two different cards and even checked with my bank, which said everything was fine on their end. Called customer service twice and left messages but didn't hear back for three days. The customer feedback form on their site is broken too, giving some weird error about alphabet only, which doesn't make sense when they're asking for email addresses. I also emailed them directly about the issues the next day and still no response. It's weird because this company used to work great. Something definitely changed. Oh, and I can't log into my account anymore without resetting my password every single time.
Got an email out of nowhere saying the product I bought a month ago and already mostly used was contaminated and needed to be thrown away. They claim it might have had pesticides, heavy metals, bacteria, who knows what. Despite calling and emailing repeatedly, they haven't been upfront about any of this. Now I have to spend my own money getting tested at a lab to make sure I'm okay. It's crazy how companies these days only seem to care about profits, not the people buying their stuff. Really disappointing.
This company is fantastic. The products are excellent and their online customer service is honestly the best I've encountered anywhere. Seriously, couldn't ask for better.
I've tested out a few other brands but FAB is hands down the best. The pricing is fair, delivery is speedy, and I'm very satisfied with everything about it.
