I needed a hot, ready meal at 3pm when traffic was absolutely terrible on that side of town. The drive through staff was patient and courteous, which was nice. That said, I've got to be honest here. The chicken alfredo came with roasted chicken when it should have had grilled chicken. The chicken was overdone and way too salty. The noodles tasted like emergency rations, not restaurant quality. Fresh mushrooms would make a difference too instead of canned ones.

I got the Italian Sub and knew it had spicy pepperoni on it, but nobody mentioned the jalapeño peppers hiding inside. When I looked up what Giardiniera vegetables actually are, they didn't include jalapeños. You really ought to make it clear upfront that this sandwich packs serious heat, not just from the meat. Had I known how spicy it would be, I definitely would have ordered something else.

I've visited around five different Fazoli's locations and the one in London, Kentucky blows them all away when it comes to cleanliness and how smoothly everything runs. Over the years I've gotten to know the manager, Gary Osborne, and he's genuinely one of the kindest people around who really wants his customers to have a great experience. They didn't have Diet Coke and the breadsticks are completely different now. They're tough and hard to chew. Not coming back.

I was really happy with how quickly the management team fixed an order issue I had. It felt genuine and showed that they actually care about keeping customers satisfied. Would recommend skipping this location. For a newly opened place, the staff seems pretty lost. Everything from the food quality to the service moved at a snail's pace. The whole visit was disappointing and I won't be returning.
