What Shoppers Say About Fazoli’s
Fazoli's receives polarized feedback, with the majority of shoppers praising the restaurant's food quality and customer service. Positive reviewers consistently highlight attentive staff members who go above and beyond, noting that the food impresses even visiting business groups. Several customers specifically commend individual managers and employees at various locations, suggesting that strong leadership and staff training create welcoming dining experiences. Regulars appreciate the quality of the pasta dishes and complimentary bread service.
However, a significant minority of shoppers report serious quality and service issues. Complaints center on food quality problems including poorly prepared meatballs with concerning odors, thick and congealed alfredo sauce, and overcooked or inedible lasagna noodles. Some customers also cite frustration with discontinued menu items like lemon ice drinks and instances of poor employee attitudes and unprofessional behavior. A few reviewers note operational inconsistencies, such as outdated business information not being corrected. These negative experiences suggest quality control and staff consistency may vary significantly by location.

Sorted by: Most recentEvery time I go to the Lexington location on Saron Drive, the customer service is outstanding. Carol consistently delivers excellent service and makes me feel welcome.
Stopped in after driving for hours with a group of coworkers who were visiting town for business. A buddy had been there before and kept saying how good the food was, and I have to agree. The quality impressed me right from the start. Definitely planning to go back next time I'm in the area.
Just grabbed food from the Fazoli's on Dixie Highway in Louisville and it was a total letdown. The meatballs smelled awful and I have no idea what goes into them. The alfredo was this thick, stuck together lump and the lasagna noodles were practically inedible. Plus they stopped carrying the lemon ice drinks I used to get. I didn't bother calling to complain since I'm not interested in free food. Honestly, I'd never go back even if they paid me.
Had a fantastic meal at the Fazoli's in Plant City, Florida. The staff member who helped us was incredibly attentive and made our dining experience wonderful. She went above and beyond making sure we had plenty of bread and cheese to go with our spaghetti, and when we couldn't finish everything, she promptly got us a container to take it home. This kind of service really makes a difference!
The Fazoli's at the Palomar location in Lexington is a solid fast food restaurant in my opinion, especially when you compare it to other places that are struggling right now. The manager, Hassan, really makes a difference when he's on shift. You can see that he genuinely cares about how things run and puts real effort into making the restaurant work well. Hassan, keep doing what you're doing.
It's shocking how this business manages to stay open given the appalling treatment from employees. Do they even screen people before hiring or check for basic training and professionalism? The attitude and lack of care is truly unbelievable. On top of that, they never bothered to fix the incorrect hours I corrected on their business listing despite accepting the changes. This place needs to get their priorities straight and focus on their own operations instead of ignoring obvious problems.
Dining at the Fazoli's in Heath, Ohio was truly excellent. The manager went the extra mile helping me with my coupon, and the entire team was fantastic to work with. Everyone was pleasant, professional and genuinely kind. The food itself was great too. This location is doing things right.
Wasn't able to make a lasagna from scratch for my son's birthday, so I called and ordered one from you instead. It came out hot, fresh, and absolutely delicious. Best part is it was ready exactly when I showed up to pick it up. Really appreciate the help making his birthday special.
The young lady who took our order and brought it out deserves serious recognition. We got bottomless bread sticks with my gluten-free chicken pesto rotini and my husband's baked ziti, both coming straight from the oven hot and absolutely tasty. The restaurant was spotless and peaceful, even though it was almost 2 in the afternoon. The whole visit in Memphis was a wonderful first experience at this chain.
We visited the Zandale Drive location and had an absolutely incredible experience, largely thanks to the outstanding service from our staff member. She was helpful, knowledgeable about every item on the menu, and went out of her way to make sure we felt taken care of. My wife and I walked out impressed with both the customer service and the spotless, clean dining area. We'll definitely be back to that location and would suggest friends and family check it out too.
