What Shoppers Say About Fewmoda
Fewmoda shoppers are sharply divided in their assessments. Satisfied customers consistently praise the quality of clothing (particularly sweaters and cardigans with premium materials like cashmere), responsive and helpful customer service, and quick shipping. Members report strong support when dealing with issues like stock inquiries and shipping upgrades. However, detractors cite significant frustrations with the membership credit system, which some find confusing and difficult to use, and a return policy they describe as unusually strict compared to other retailers, with items rejected for minor imperfections like loose hairs.
The polarized ratings reflect two distinct shopper experiences: those who engage successfully with customer service tend to be very satisfied, while those who encounter membership features or return policies without support describe disappointment. The brand appears strong on product quality and responsiveness but weak on clarity around membership mechanics and return flexibility.

Sorted by: Most recentI emailed customer service asking if I could get more purses that were sold out. They got back to me quickly to let me know when they had new stock come in and helped me complete my purchase. Really responsive and they took care of everything fast.
Just purchased the most beautiful cardigan and as a member, I'm really impressed with the quality and attention to detail. Since I developed a wool allergy years ago, I've struggled finding sweaters I can wear comfortably. But this argyle cardigan with partial cashmere is incredibly soft and a dream to have on. The membership is totally worth it and I'd definitely recommend getting one right away.
The membership credit system is really confusing and difficult to work with. I couldn't figure out how to actually use my credits.
Just joined the quarterly membership program and ordered a bunch of stuff for an upcoming work trip. Didn't realize some items were coming from overseas and got worried they wouldn't arrive in time. I contacted the support team and they jumped on it, upgrading my shipping to next day delivery for just an extra $35. They were super quick to respond and my entire order showed up even earlier than expected! The clothes are also incredibly well made and reasonably priced.
The clothes themselves are decent quality and they ship pretty fast, but be careful with their return process. They rejected my return because there were a couple loose hairs on it. Their policy says items get rejected if they're damaged or show obvious wear, which makes sense, but they're way stricter than any other retailer I've dealt with. Even when I asked them to look at it again, they refused. The worst part is they don't even send your rejected clothes back, they just keep your money. That made me cancel my subscription right there. Just make absolutely sure you want to keep whatever you buy before you order it and you should be fine.
Lots of nice pieces to pick from. The customer service staff has been really helpful and flexible whenever I've needed to return or swap something.
Fantastic customer service! I missed applying my rewards to my order and they processed a refund for me right away with zero hassle. Thanks, Few Moda!
Heads up to other buyers. This company will turn down your returns and say there are stains or problems with the items even when they've barely been touched, maybe just tried on for half a minute. The quality has gotten worse over time and they'll hold onto your money while claiming they're donating the so-called damaged merchandise to charity. Sounds like a tax write-off scheme for their company if you ask me.
I was really pleased with how the customer service team handled things when my package showed as delivered but never actually arrived. Few Moda offered to send a replacement if the item didn't show up within a few days. Fortunately, it turned up on my porch a couple days later, apparently left at a neighbor's place by mistake. I didn't need the replacement, but I really appreciated their willingness to help and their respectful approach, even though the shipping mishap wasn't their fault. The responses could have been a bit faster, but overall they handled it professionally.
