Went on a recent visit and the bill was pretty steep with some extra charges added on. This location forgot the dressing on one of my salads. The food itself is decent but the ham quality isn't what it used to be. When I tried to fill out their survey, the website wasn't working. This place used to be better and it's getting pricier, so I'm not sure I'll be back.

I ordered a steak sub but got home with a roast beef sandwich instead, and it was awful. This happened at the location in Harvey. When is Firehouse going to hire staff that actually knows what they're doing? Really disappointed.

Not impressed with the limited bread selection here. The steak tasted weird and processed like it had been pressed. Didn't have good flavor at all. I would prefer more bread options and higher quality shaved beef.

Tried to redeem my rewards points but the system wouldn't let me without a minimum balance. Customer service said I had to buy something extra like a drink or chips before I could use my points. That defeats the whole purpose of having a points program if I'm forced to buy stuff I don't want. I'm going to shop somewhere else for sandwich orders from now on.

Loved my visit to the Firehouse Subs in Apopka. The team really knows what they're doing, and the staff told me I should definitely come back. I went there in mid March and had an excellent veggie sub that was fresh, healthy, and delicious. Everyone in my family raved about it. The staff was helpful even though I was one of the last customers at closing time. Clean location with a nice feel. Solid experience.

Great experience at the Firehouse Subs location in Apopka. The younger team members and the cleaning staff really went above and beyond when I was there in March. They made an amazing veggie sub that the whole family loved. My family thought everything was healthy, fresh, and tasty. They did this even though I came in near closing time. Nice spot in a good shopping area and the atmosphere was welcoming. Would recommend.
