I get an email on day one of the delivery window saying they tried but something went wrong and they'll keep trying. Then the next day it shows delivered when it absolutely wasn't. Trying to contact anyone is a nightmare. Customer service emails come back undeliverable. The phone numbers either don't work or connect you to someone who barely speaks English and can't help. The chat on the order page is broken. This company is a disaster.
Took my ninety-six dollars without any problem and then never sent the two arrangements I ordered for Mother's Day. There's no real tracking system and getting ahold of them is basically impossible. This whole thing is a scam and you should avoid it.
I'd give them zero stars if I could. Ordered flowers for my mom on Mother's Day since it's the first year I won't be able to celebrate with her in person, so it really mattered that she got them. The flowers never arrived. I called to check on them and they admitted they were never delivered. When I asked why, they said they weren't sure but they could see they never even left their shop. I'm done with this company.
Wish I could give zero stars here. Ordered flowers two weeks before Mother's Day to make sure there'd be plenty of time. My mom was home the entire week but on day one of the delivery window I got an email saying there was a problem but they'd keep trying through Mother's Day. They don't respond to any emails, their chat doesn't function and there's no phone line. I tried checking in every day with nothing but silence. Mother's Day came and went with no flowers. I'm heartbroken and my mom didn't deserve this. I'm trying to get a refund but they're basically forcing me to dispute the charge with my card company.
Absolutely terrible experience. My dear friend's mom passed away and I couldn't make it to the funeral, so I ordered flowers to be sent. Seven hours after the service ended, I get a call saying they couldn't find anyone to deliver to that address. You already took my payment and confirmed the address, so how does this happen? They offered me either sending them somewhere else (yeah right) or getting a refund. This is unacceptable.
Placed an order for flowers with Saturday delivery. They never showed up Saturday or Sunday. Called Monday to reschedule and was told they'd deliver Monday or Tuesday. Neither day happened. Called Tuesday evening and was assured Wednesday delivery. Wednesday came and went with no flowers. Finally gave up Thursday and requested my money back.
Deserves zero stars honestly. My order never got delivered. The website is no help at all. There's basically no way to reach customer service for information or to ask for a refund. Threw away seventy bucks for nothing.
