Really happy with my purchase. I got a black pair of the duke style shoes online and honestly I was skeptical since I usually buy shoes from physical stores. But the whole experience went smoothly. I liked them so much that I ordered another pair in brown and had the exact same great experience. I'm hopeful they keep up this level of service and maintain the quality of their products.

The shoe center in Monroe, NC is fantastic! They have a certified pedorthist right there in the shop who focuses on supportive footwear and custom orthoses. As someone who is diabetic and was dealing with hammertoe problems, I went in because they carry specialty shoes like apex brand. The pedorthist measured my feet and figured out I'd been wearing shoes that were too tight. He suggested going with a wider shoe and going up half a size. He also created a custom insert made specifically for my foot shape and I've felt great ever since. I seriously want to tell everyone about how great this place is because they really know how to help people with plantar fasciitis, arthritis, foot issues, and even sports injuries find the right shoes. Please go check them out yourself. You won't be sorry and it could really make a difference in how your feet feel and your overall quality of life.

Excellent selection and really great customer service! Finding dress shoes when you have small feet is always a challenge. I visited the South Melbourne location and a staff member named Tracy really went above and beyond helping me find the perfect pair. I couldn't be more pleased! Their prices are competitive too.
