Honestly, this deserves zero stars if that was an option. I purchased a bundle that included a blow out brush, a 7-in-1 curling iron, a flat iron, and later added a rose gold blow dryer to the order. After using these items just a few times, the blow out brush nearly caught fire on my head and then started smoking even after being unplugged. The heat was intense and dangerous. When I reached out to customer support about this serious safety issue, they were incredibly dismissive and unhelpful. Meanwhile, when I was spending all that money on these overpriced products, they couldn't have been nicer. I kept everything in its original box in a dry closet, so this wasn't user error on my part. The support representative refused to help, claiming I was outside the warranty window without even checking when I made the purchase. Now I'm out hundreds of dollars and was treated horribly on the phone. These products are a legitimate safety hazard. I'm canceling that blow dryer order too. I wanted everything to match, but not at the risk of burning down my house or getting seriously hurt.

Last month I ordered from this company on September 1st and they confirmed delivery, but when I got home my package wasn't there at all. I let them know about the missing shipment and they said they could send a replacement but only if I paid for shipping, even though my original order had free shipping included. I asked for a refund instead and they told me I didn't have the proper protection because I supposedly unchecked it, which I don't remember doing. I asked them again for a refund and they refused. At that point I had to contact my bank and let them handle it. FoxyBae keeps saying they have proof it was delivered, but I never received anything. My bank is now investigating this whole situation. If they pulled this on me, they're probably doing it to other customers too. I'd strongly recommend going elsewhere.

Honestly, I think this company is fantastic! Their product quality is really impressive and there always seems to be a good deal available. I love how cute all their styling tools and accessories are. The customer service has always treated me well whenever I needed to contact them. I've come back multiple times to order more things. If you have blonde or lightened hair, definitely try their purple shampoo and conditioner set paired with the Don't Hate Hydrate hair mask. I promise it'll transform your hair like nothing else you can buy anywhere. The purple shampoo is insanely pigmented and really does the job. Plus the price is unbeatable for the quality. I'm genuinely a fan of this company!

I've made a few purchases now and I'm definitely coming back for more. One more thing: if you have bleached or lightened hair, seriously grab their purple shampoo and conditioner duo along with the Don't Hate Hydrate hair mask. It'll transform your hair better than anything else I've found, and at such a reasonable price! The purple shampoo is incredibly pigmented and just works amazingly. This company has really won me over!

I absolutely love FoxyBae and all their products! I own three different styling tools from them and every single one works great. My straightener leaves my hair incredibly soft and smooth. The 32mm curling wand gives me beautiful curls without any frizz whatsoever. I also have their 25mm curling wand which is equally fantastic. On top of these amazing styling tools, their hair care line is wonderful too. I use their heat shield protectant whenever I'm using my styling tools and it really makes a difference. I'd have no problem recommending everything they make to anyone looking for quality hair products.
