What Shoppers Say About Frank & Eileen
Frank & Eileen receives polarized feedback, with shoppers rating the store 2.0 out of 5 across 18 reviews. Those who are satisfied praise the quality of the clothing itself, attractive packaging, and fast shipping (including international delivery). However, the majority of reviewers report significant problems: inconsistent sizing across items, final sale restrictions with no returns or exchanges, return fees, color discrepancies between online photos and actual products, and unreliable customer service. Several customers describe difficulty reaching support and unresolved issues despite repeated contact attempts.
Recurring complaints center on the high prices combined with quality control issues and poor return policies. Multiple reviewers note that sizing runs large or varies unpredictably between pieces, making online purchases risky. Shoppers also report feeling misled by final sale designations and unexpected return fees. The gap between product presentation and actual fit, combined with unresponsive customer service, has led several long-term customers to state they will not shop with the brand again.

Sorted by: Most recentThe presentation when the package arrived was really nice. I'd say the prices are steep but more reasonable if you catch a sale. Shipping is pretty quick. I do have an issue with a pair of their pants where the back pockets started falling apart in a few spots though.
Love my new jacket so much. Ordered it on a Thursday and had it in my hands just four days later all the way in Australia. Shipping was free and I got a discount on top of it. Couldn't ask for anything better.
I ordered a small linen dress and it fits like a large. The shoulders are way too wide on both sides, the sleeves hang four inches past my wrists, and the hem drags on the floor like a nightgown. Once I started getting it ready to return, I saw it's marked final sale with no returns or exchanges. That's a hundred bucks down the drain. They seriously need to redo their sizing chart because this was definitely a large, not a small.
I have about 30 pieces from them and honestly, I really love the actual clothing. The problem shows up when you need to reach customer service. It's nearly impossible to get help. You send multiple emails and call several times, and days later when they finally respond, they're not even answering what you asked about. For the prices they charge, they should have their act together with customer support. Their products are solid, but there are so many other companies that handle service way better and faster. You have to match your customer service quality to match the price tag and product quality you're selling.
Watch out if you're ordering internationally. The staff is unhelpful and doesn't communicate well. I paid taxes and duties at checkout but they messed up on their end and made me responsible for it. After weeks of back and forth emails, they finally said they'd cover it and refund me. Spoiler alert: they haven't. I've never dealt with a more frustrating or useless company in my life. They still owe me that money and won't pay up.
Their sizing is all over the place and they hit you with an eight dollar return fee for stuff you bought the same year when their sizes change anyway. Plus the colors online don't match what you get. They refused to give me my full money back even though I'd been a loyal customer for years. Never shopping there again. When prices are that high, customers deserve to be treated better than this.
I got the Eileen blouse for my daughter. It said 100 percent Italian flannel and she was okay with it until after she washed it. The material came out wrinkled and felt flimsy. For 148 dollars, this was a real dud. Don't say I didn't warn you.
The quality of this shirt is seriously impressive, really premium stuff. Unfortunately when it arrived it was cut pretty narrow and I needed something with more room through the body for my frame. That said, I was blown away by how easy returning it was and how quick they processed my refund. They got the money back to me so fast I don't think they'd even gotten the item yet. I'm really impressed with how seamlessly everything went and how well-made the piece was, even though it wasn't the right fit for me.
Overall I like what they make and I've probably got between 20 and 30 of their items. My issue is their incredibly strict sale return policy. You can't return sale items, which is tough, but you also can't exchange them either. If your size is wrong and they have your correct size sitting there in stock, tough luck. Maybe charge a restocking fee or for shipping, but why not allow exchanges? You'd probably move way more merchandise if people weren't nervous about buying on sale when they can't even swap for the right size.
