Been loyal for over 5 years but feeling completely let down. Back in late November I placed another order like I always do, except this time I took your site's advice and went with a different brand that was cheaper but claimed to be compatible with my fridge. The EveryDrop model you suggested seemed like a solid choice compared to my usual Whirlpool filters. Unfortunately, this filter caused serious damage to my wood floors, and I've got photos to prove it. Given that I've been a steady customer buying filters for multiple fridges and my whole water system, I really hoped you'd make this right by sending a replacement and covering the cost. That would've kept me shopping with you guys, but instead I'm left dealing with damaged flooring and feeling pretty disappointed in how this was handled.
